Like many non-profits, the Newport Beach Arts Foundation faced a significant downturn in donations and financial support during the COVID-19 pandemic. To make matters even more challenging, their largest fundraiser, Art In The Park, was also cancelled. The Foundation urgently needed to reconnect with donors and decided to re-launch their website to help do so.
After consulting with the client, we realized there was a huge opportunity to enhance the total user experience and reintroduce the Foundation to patrons. The new site made it easier to interact with the non-profit and put the artwork front and center. Navigation was simplified, giving opportunities were highlighted and patrons were celebrated.
Donations and financial support have bounced back thanks in part to the new website and the enhanced donor interactions it enabled. The Foundation leadership is rightly proud of their new look and plans to make it a central hub for future fundraising efforts.
