SITUATION


Hoag Hospital Foundation has been a client of Creative Shoebox since 2009. When Creative Shoebox was tasked with invigorating HOAG PROMISE, the foundation’s 10-year capital campaign to raise $627M, we took the opportunity to rethink and elevate the entire effort.

STRATEGY


The new campaign, created entirely from scratch, surpassed even the most ambitious expectations. This end-to-end effort included reworking the logo design, style guides, donor relations materials, and the Foundation’s website along with UX design and development from start to finish. We even refreshed events such as the HOAG Classic Golf Tournaments, HOAG Summer Fest and the Christmas Carol Bash.

RESULTS


The refreshed campaign surpassed all expectations of raising $627 million. To date, more than $760 million dollars have been raised thanks to more than 24,100 donors, including nearly 18,000 new donors.
